Keisha Williams, born and raised in New Jersey, graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Initially aspiring to become a marriage and family therapist, she discovered her passion for working with individuals with intellectual disabilities in 2002. Keisha worked her way up to become a supervisor, behavior specialist, and case manager.

Keisha and her family moved to Monroe, NC, in 2015, and she began working at UDI in September 2021. Her favorite part about working at UDI is combining her passions for case management and daily interaction with clients and staff.

In her spare time, Keisha enjoys gardening and trying out different baking recipes. Keisha desires to continue serving at UDI, providing exceptional care and support to clients and staff.
