Kim Goff, a seasoned professional in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) field, has worked in various capacities, including managing group homes and overseeing community-based services. Her journey in the IDD field has been guided by her passion for serving others and advocating for inclusivity and empowerment.

Kim finds joy and fulfillment in her role as a wife to Richard and a mother to two wonderful daughters, Katelyn and Lindsey. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she cherishes the time spent together creating memories and supporting each other's dreams.

In her leisure time, Kim enjoys traveling to new destinations and immersing herself in different cultures. She also finds solace and creativity in the kitchen, where she delights in experimenting with new recipes and sharing her love for cooking with family and friends.

Kim's desire in her current role is to continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with IDD, fostering an environment of respect and dignity for all.
